I am a painter based in Seattle, currently studying painting at the University of Washington. Between classes and whatever hours I can find, I take on a small number of commissions to help make ends meet as a student, which means every piece gets real time and attention rather than being rushed.
What draws me to this work is simple: a photo fades, but a painting stays. I like being the one who turns a fleeting moment — a pet's expression, a wedding day, a home someone loves — into something that lasts. Because these pieces matter so much to the people who ask for them, I never start without talking it through with you first.

Commission Process
Send your photos
Use the commission form below, or email me directly, with your reference photos and a little context — who or what the piece is for, and the size you're picturing.
Secure your booking
I'll confirm receipt by email and send an invoice for a 50% deposit, which reserves your place in the queue.
Sketch & progress
I'll send progress photographs as the piece develops, starting with the composition sketch, so you can follow along and flag anything early.
Final approval
Once you're completely happy with the finished piece, I'll send an invoice for the remaining balance.
Posted to you
Once payment is confirmed, I post the piece flat, tracked and insured, to the address of your choice.
